         Conference Fee (Includes annual membership, meals, and banquet): 

                                                                         $170.00/3 day conference
                                                                             $70.00/day separately
                                                                   $25.00 /banquet-spouse/guest

The conference fee may be deducted from your agency’s recertification Training reimbursement payment. This conference can be applied toward the 24-hour recertification-training requirement (If your agency does not wish to have the cost of this training deducted from your training reimbursement payment, please send a check payable to Wisconsin Chapter NAFTO.)

The conference will take place at Howard Johnson Conference Center & Antiqua Bay Waterpark , Wisconsin Dells, WI 53965, telephone 1-800-54-dells. Rooms are (state rate for a standard room) and up. Contact Howard Johnson Conference Center & Antiqua Bay Waterpark directly for lodging reservations. Remember to mention you are attending the NAFTO Conference for the state rate.
